Supervised Visitation

Service Description

Supervised Visitation: A professional supervisor will observe the noncustodial parent interact with their children. This provides a safe neutral location for families to interact and connect. All policies and procedures will follow Oklahoma Statute 43-110.1a. The supervisor provides a unbiased objective report within ten days of visit. Therapeutic Visitation: This is supervised visitation with a board certified therapists/counselor. This time will be used to determine acceptable boundaries and goals, improve communication and coping skills. These visits will follow all HIPAA laws and a medical record will be created and kept on file. Rates Intake - Parties will have separate intake appointments and each pay $40, unless otherwise ordered by the court. Supervised Visitation - $40/hour Therapeutic Visitation - $80/hour - Insurance can be billed under certain circumstances Report Fee - $15 per report
